Looks like a hate crime to me. Poor disadvantaged minority was merely asking that the white boys take their oppressive skateboarding activities elsewhere. He was also trying to return a gun that he had found lying on the ground. For no good reason the white kids started an altercation.

Obama will go on television and say that he knows the kid who was beaten and the skateboarders acted "stupidly"

I'd love to see a news story on this. Was it a real gun? Did anyone get arrested and charged? Any follow-up beatings? Depending on where it happened, the thug is probably free and lawyered up for a huge lawsuit against the skate rats' parents.

The guy who kept shouting "Get off him!!" was wrong. That guy should be reminded of the incident every time he looks in a mirror. Mike is right. He should not have been conscious at the conclusion, let alone been able to stand. In my view, there is no such thing as a partial ass-whoopin'. This guy should have gotten the full service version.
