Rick V 10-29-2011 07:33 AM

Just had a nap since I didn't sleep last night

svandamme 10-29-2011 07:40 AM

i had a nap after i woke up this morning, then one just around noon, went to France, came back, took another nap ate something and then napped again.. that was half an hour ago and i think i'm ready for another nap.

I live in a house with 2 cats, i guess i adapted to their lifestyle more then they adapted to mine.

Rick V 10-29-2011 07:42 AM

Let me know when you start chasing mice

GH85Carrera 10-29-2011 07:46 AM

Good morning guys. We are having fun cleaning the aquarium. Fun fun

Rick V 10-29-2011 07:52 AM

Mine is still devoid of water, and fish and all other manner of aquatic items. I find it much easier to keep clean that way. :)

svandamme 10-29-2011 08:09 AM

Rick,

i've already been chasing mice for quite some time.

You know, when Boris the Blade brings in the mouse, then starts horsing around with it, and the mouse get's away?

At that point i have to catch the mouse, so i can release it outside
(either that or wait for the bloodNguts to magically appear on my tile floor).

Rick V 10-29-2011 08:20 AM

I chose the wait and clean later option, but if one cat lets a mouse go one of the others gets it. Strength in numbers as it were

svandamme 10-29-2011 08:36 AM

The thing is Rick, you have indoors cats.. you probably won't get much outdoors mice stupid enough to come in by themselves.

I have an in- And outdoors cat.. one that insists on bringing in most of the kill or about to be killed mice indoors..then he starts horsing around with em.

It's not once in a while, it's EVERY FRIGGIN DAY.

At some point you grow tired of mouse guts.
so if i have half a chance of catching the mouse and releasing it outside.. I'll try and catch it
Cause it's not as bad as mouse guts.

Ever stepped barefeet in a little pile of mouse guts?

Rick V 10-29-2011 08:38 AM

I had an old tomcat that was like sears carpeting..........indoor/outdoor. He would pull the "Hey daddy look what I brought ya" routine so yeah I know what you mean. He brought me 2 possum as well, snakes, birds and what I can only figure was the ass end of the neighbors dog once

No. Because Mrs. Noah's screams usually alert me to their presence before i've had the chance to do so. Cat vomit, though, I've discovered with my bare foot before. :D

Still wonderin' who ate the squirrel earlier this week in the front yard. In case I'm wrong, I've been on the lookout for a neighborhood rodent with no tail in the meantime.

GH85Carrera 10-29-2011 08:44 AM

Our dog has brought in a couple of mice, on bird, a tortoise and a snake. When the got the squirrel it was still in the back yard.
