per your asthma, you may want to consider drinking one moderate cup a day and skip the coke zero.

the methylxanthines in coffee (including caffeine) can cause a decrease in asthma symptoms. there are some studies, if you wish to research a bit. also, those xanthines are long acting. it takes your body about 12 hours to get it out of your symptom. its worth a try.

as for the coke zero, that stuff is just bad for you. but you are big enough to make your own decisions.

I'm aware of the adverse affects of the coke, and I hate to admit it, but I have a bit of a caffeine dependency issue.

coke zero is probably the worst. you are better off drinking sweetened coke. or switching to coffee. anyway, that is the end of my advice on this subject.

coffee may help your asthma symptoms.

nice photo, richard. i steal a lot of the animal photos you post for my son and the desktop. he learned his letters that way.

i finished cleaning the man cave. what a disaster. i threw away two garbage bags of papers and beer cans and assorted accumulation. i know it is bad when my wife requests that i clean it up. she keeps the upstairs very tidy and clean and lets me have the man-cave room, with pool table, stereo, computer, etc. oh, i get the garage, too.

Love a good man cave.

rain who cares. we get that all the time

Rick V 12-07-2011 01:40 PM

Rain is one thing, but we have road closures and it is only going to get worse as the night goes on with the water coming out of the mountains to add to the stuff already here and still heading this way. I may have to take Beth to work in the morning. She doesn't like loud music in the morning. :(
