see, starting relationships is like gambling: if you stay rational and walk away before you become invested in an outcome, things are much easier to work with.

however, if you let things go too far, in spite of what you think and feel, you become less and less rational. things start happening TO you instead of you causing things to happen. there has to be a balance.

one of my first entries was "if the girl says her name with my last name." yep, happened, more than once. this points out some serious issues.

i would also usually include a short paragraph describing why the behavior was unacceptable to me. this kept me from rationalizing when things were hot and heavy.

another point of the exercise, the dump list, is you will get to know what it is YOU want. this is extremely helpful.

Not particularly, you could take some sudafed if the drainage is bothering you... But you really need to get that stuff out.

You really ought to see a doc though and get something to treat the infection, not just the symptoms.

i am really digging the makers mark. also, i drink less when i am drinking whisky vs. beer. crazy, but true.

well, i am thinking that now that it is draining, it will resolve on its own. if it is not vastly improved by morning, i may go get some tetracycline. i need some for the dog and cats, anyway.

You know what I think of the unguided medication, but tetra should do the trick...

I flush my sinus with warm water, with little salt, and a very small amount of vinegar. Nose Douche. I use a big syringe instead of a netty pot.
