$12 tune up was really cheap back then too. Think it was around 1985.

Friends came home to stinky fridge...couldn't get rid of the smell so they pushed to the curb and got a new one.

Rick V 01-08-2012 06:27 AM

I had to do the same thing with a fridge that was in the rental house we bought 10 years ago. Something about funky dairy products and plastic.................................(insert yacking emoticon guy here)

RKDinOKC 01-08-2012 06:27 AM

Rancid is a good word to describe the odor of a dead fridge when you can't find a yakking emoticon. Kinda a like careen describes a car traveling out of control catching air with parts falling off, complete with a wide eyed driver, mouth agape and arms flailing wildly.

Well...Off to the races.

Wish me luck on perfecting the ebrake turn. Often used by rally drivers to help rotate when the turn is tighter than the turning radius of the car. This is the case where the course has a single cone u-turn in the width of a 2 lane road. Seems getting back on gas to continue the rear wheel drift around the turn without stalling the motor is the most difficult part of the technique for me.

Have fun

good morning. off to the clinic. my foot looks like a sausage.

Porsche-poor 01-08-2012 07:56 AM

Bummer take care of it.

nynor 01-08-2012 09:15 AM

i decided against the clinic. my foot is MUCH less swollen than it was at 0400. they won't be able to do the test i need done, anyway, and they will want to do x-rays (which will cost me $200+ and i know there isn't anything broken). so, tomorrow, i am going to get a primary care provider and make an appointment. i am afraid that i might have gout, so i need some fluid pulled from the metatarsal joint and checked for uric acid crystals. i don't think i have gout, as i don't fit the criteria at all, but it needs to be ruled out.

i am drinking pure cherry juice, watered down a little. it is GOOD.

Sucky way to get ya a day off D.
Beth decided she wants to put wall to wall carpet in the guest bedroom and decided "Rick can do it, he can do anything" I told her the next time she decides to carpet something and she wants me to do it, she is going to be joining the new sport of trying to carry logging chains across the James River.................

Some old timey Mulholland Highway (the Snake too), Latigo Canyon, upper Potrero, and Paramount Ranch Raceway.

Warning: little to no continuity.
