Spent the day dealing with other peoples mistakes... This is why we hate working on ship in jobs for national accounts....

That attack deer got me at 11 AM on a clear day. I saw her just laying down 10 feet from the road. I hit the brakes as she stood up and the damn thing ran right at me. I was hard on the brakes as she bounced off of the hood smashed the windshield and did a one point landing behind the car. The damn thing ran off into the woods waiting for the next innocent victim to drive down the road.

Found the passenger side valves are all good. That means the only thing I would save by doing the cams now is the cost to pull just one head, and that is not much. So, going to just put it back stock unless find age deteriorated head gasket or bad hydraulic lifters. Oh and the GT cams, are Porsche factory production cams that are in the 928 GT, so they do not effect the reliability.
Matt's car did have 600,000 miles on it. In the 70's I rode my bike wearing big bell bottom jeans. Had a clip that held the the bells away from the chain. Maybe we were just smarter back then. |

Good choice Richard. Unless the head gasket looks real bad there is no reason to mess with the passenger side.
