Thats work ,Sid.
It will always be that way. :)

Thats the thing about work, its based on people doing it.
That means one drama after another.

I drove home and they did not blink at having the car fixed to my picky standards. It was totally painless for the insurance part. USAA works the same way.

Round October, just after Rennsport, I was cycling on the 1 and there was deer carnage everywhere just down the way from the Cal Poly turn off. Bot lanes, deer carcasses on the sides of the road, blood and remnants of guts everywhere. It had been very foggy that weekend. I suspect night/early morning + fog = lots of venison for the vultures.

Slodave has me on a steady diet of rosewood dust. Not sure I want to know how much I took in.....

Fiber is good for you David....

That attack deer got me at 11 AM on a clear day. I saw her just laying down 10 feet from the road. I hit the brakes as she stood up and the damn thing ran right at me. I was hard on the brakes as she bounced off of the hood smashed the windshield and did a one point landing behind the car. The damn thing ran off into the woods waiting for the next innocent victim to drive down the road.

Yup. Gotta love it when you go up your nose and pick a brown winner.

Found the passenger side valves are all good. That means the only thing I would save by doing the cams now is the cost to pull just one head, and that is not much. So, going to just put it back stock unless find age deteriorated head gasket or bad hydraulic lifters. Oh and the GT cams, are Porsche factory production cams that are in the 928 GT, so they do not effect the reliability.

Matt's car did have 600,000 miles on it.

In the 70's I rode my bike wearing big bell bottom jeans. Had a clip that held the the bells away from the chain. Maybe we were just smarter back then.

They have those now, but I just prefer the more free feeling of shorts.

I was talking about that black cobra..... That motor self destructed, and I know he hadn't driven it that much...

Good choice Richard. Unless the head gasket looks real bad there is no reason to mess with the passenger side.
