My Porsche does not have a compressor pedal.

Icemaster 03-07-2012 03:13 PM

True Richard, but I have been known to bring my own quite regularly.

Maybe that compressor pedal goes on Peggy!

GH85Carrera 03-07-2012 03:15 PM

I could die a happy man after once with her and given my taste in women that dieing part wouldn't be entirely unlikely.

Never trust a fart and never waste a woody, but what if you have to trust a fart in order to not waste a woody????

That's a good thing! It's been odd for me, one of the services I use has been going nuts and reorganizing how they operate.....pain in the ass.

Do you think it floods the engine (fuel smell in exhaust)?
could be that the cold start injector keeps going when it shouldn't.

check temp sensor
clean the sensor plate with brake cleaner
check for vacuum leaks
Does it have a Lambda sensor in the exhaust?
and last but not least, check the cold start injector

You could fiddle around with the meter adjustment screw, but that's tricky stuff and could make it worse if you don't keep track of things or work without an O2 meter.
Maybe Rick can add or correct the above? Haven't got my Bosch book with me and it's been a while since i messed with CIS

Whoohoo....
Been fighting with a prototype design for a few weeks now. Finally got the hardware sorted. Will holiday now without it scratching at the back of my head :D:D:D:D:D
