i got in a hurry making the sauce, as i was trying to get the thing done before angie went to work. i was aiming for thicker. as it is, it turned out thick enough.

sauce:

.5 liter beer
1 cup of water with 1 tbs flour to thicken
1/2 tsp salt
1 crushed clove of garlic
herb spices to taste

reduce until thick.

it was delicious!
