Good Friday morning folks.

My wife goes in early to work to get a good safe parking spot. Her car does not have any door dings at all. The other day she left for lunch and had to park in a less than ideal spot. Some moron in a black pickup managed to open a door into her rear door. She was pissed. I attacked it with some good pint cleaner polish and then waxed it. It was mostly a surface deposit from the door trim of the other vehicle. It all came off and disappeared. I am the hero. I had to hang out in the garage a little just to make it seem like I worked on it longer than I really did. ;)

My boss doesn't view me as a slave, and actually sees value in what I do for the company, which means I would actually want to work for him after this.... ;)

sid be sure and check the hiring practice. Colleges are full of the next crop of temp workers aka interns. Are you a junior or a senior? If he has to wait for graduation you are replaceable. Either way good luck but don't count those chickens just yet.

I have school to finish, but he tells everyone at corporate heirs keeping me, and is trying to create a part time position for while I am finishing school just to ensure that...

We don't treat them like dirt we just work them hard. Most are not up to it. Bottom line its cheap labor and if a permanent slot is open there are enough unemployed people with experience.
