I didn't mean done as in I am gonna go to sleep. I mean done in the sense I am pretty buzzed with one freaking drink. Which I guess is a good thing. Cheaper for me to get a buzz. :)

Porsche-poor 11-14-2012 07:48 PM

Ah ok revise note. Let have one drink no more.

Yeah you did all the work.

so, it worked for you? my price would have to be between free and $30, given that the solution i found and the price of quicktime pro is $30. LOL!!!

you received my email, also..... that piece of software reduced a 9MB file to 440KB and it still looks pretty darn good. i am totally impressed with it, BTW. piece of cake and fast.

you did state that the file you are working with is something like 3GB.... that is going to take a few minutes, for sure. :p

Have not tried it yet. Posting from phone. Will attempt in the am.

Morning, Rick!

Rick V 11-15-2012 12:29 AM

Howdy Dave, are we having fun yet?

slodave 11-15-2012 12:37 AM

Sure! It's early enough. Just don't tell anyone else.

I was using Cinematize to pull video off of DVDs then resize and format the 12 different sizes and formats to do quicktime streaming server. Quicktime server senses mac or pc or smart phone and the connection speed then chooses and sends the correct file type and size for a good user experience.

Later I used the quicktime server to stream live video in the different sizes/formats so remote offices could watch our company monthly employee meetings live.

Morning, guys. I'm not having fun yet.

azzarule 11-15-2012 02:49 AM

Good morning Azzy. Best wishes on your DMV test re-take, and keep smiling, no matter how much poo the DMV staff flings. It'll drive them mad. :D
