i've been using a shock collar on the pup for some things that she has been incorrigible: getting on the kitchen table (yes, all the way on the table to attack food) and being aggressive with our son (he is going to have at least two persistent scars on his lip and an ear). the shock level goes to seven.... i found that she reacts at 4, but 'gets the message' at 5. i've resisted the urge to max it out, just because i am frustrated.

i suggested using the collar on our son.... the wife wasn't even a little bit amused. and i was talking about the beep feature, no shock. in jest, of course, but i got the stink eye and a lecture. *sigh* |
Oh god do I look older than 30?!

Evening Pete. How is the snow up there?

evening all. I have an hour to go at work......no motivation as in ZERO!!!!

Tried a shock collar on my current Golden. She is so alpha it had ZERO effect. Very glad i borrowed it instead of paying for one.

We avoided the snow Glen, supposed to get it with some ice/freezing crap tonight. Been lucky so far.
