Taco Tuesdays. Fish tacos & beer. Mmmmm :)

Walked it off along the ocean. Great sunset.

Rick V 03-27-2013 01:51 AM

Morning Y'all. Well I think I am back up to full speed after damn near a week. That was rough

fintstone 03-27-2013 02:54 AM

Never cared for fish tacos...taste too much like fish.

fintstone 03-27-2013 02:57 AM

Glad to hear...just in time for some spring weather this weekend.

Rick V 03-27-2013 03:23 AM

Yup. Too bad there is too much sand and salt on the road to bring out Lanna.
Morning Fint

fintstone 03-27-2013 04:27 AM

Yep...but around here, a good had rain is never far away. Maybe the next weekend. This weekend wod be a good one for some gardening. Too many critters in pass through my yard for a garden though unless I want to do some serious killing.

I will be away this weekend anyways.

Morning.

Good Morning folks.

With busy days the day just blazes past. It will be 4:30 before I know it. I gott start over on the one job that the customer called back about to change the order but that phone call was never mentioned to me. Ah well, it was fun the first time.

Porsche-poor 03-27-2013 06:39 AM

Morning all. Kids spent four hours in the studio recording the monster. Sucker is over 7 min long. Time to go make money to pay for it. Lol

Jim Richards 03-27-2013 06:50 AM

Mornin' all. David, you're a great Dad, supporting your son's band the way you do.

Rick, Fint, I sure do hope that winter is finally over when I get back to DC. I don't think I can take it after a couple of weeks out here.

Agreed! I hope your son realizes he is very lucky to have a father like you. Who believes in him and actively helps him achieve his dream. A lot of fathers might not do that. Makes me smile when I read your posts on FB about your son.

Yep...sunny and in the 80s at my empty house in Vegas. Makes me want to retire a bit earlier than planned. Leaves some serious cash on the table though.

Jim Richards 03-27-2013 08:08 AM

I'd retire to SoCal today if I could. Must...be...patient.

Porsche-poor 03-27-2013 08:39 AM

Thanks everyone. Its been a blast to watch and hear.

Tweeze show up front row some day and you will have to fight off the teen girls who scream and yell for him.

I'd love to retire here in SoCal, too. But there are days that I wonder if that will ever be financially possible.

Must admit to tweeze: Went back to Tilted Kilt last night with a buddy. But it turns out that Felisha, our previous waitress, had just worked the earlier shift (her signed drink coaster was on our table).

Porsche-poor 03-27-2013 11:45 AM

retire? whats that? I'll probably die right here.

GH85Carrera 03-27-2013 01:18 PM

I need a time machine. I have a custome asking for aerials from 1871 to 2012. Once again is a remote area. I had to look it up. The first aerial photos in the USA were of New York City in 1921. NYC has little in common with the area my customer wants. Oklahoma became a state in 1907. Our files only date back to 1947, and not much back then. We do have the area in 1951, only 80 years after 1871.

Porsche-poor 03-27-2013 01:35 PM

I think he is screwed.

Rick V 03-27-2013 02:51 PM

Retire? I was there, I was going to walk away from the wrenches in two more years and open a guitar store. The economy tanking cost me my savings, my investments, and my dreams. I sold out, bought out of debt and had to start over. The way things are going for the last few years, I have had to admit to myself that I will never be able to retire.
