The newly elected Liberal Government have never been a party of eco friendly politicians.

Hope the UNESCO and the Green politicians keep them from violating the GBR, once its gone, its gone!!

I sure did meet a bunch of FB friends and bands as well! I now have a few new phototagrapher friends.

And we got all the A.H.'s straightened out to!

Someone left a brand new garden spade and rake in my carport today? Hmm a mystery...

And if that's not confusing enough they also left a roll of blue masking tape???

Ah well, will put it at the back of my mind for the evening, we're getting frocked up (even shaved off last weeks pirate disguise) for dinner at the Vietnamese restaurant again. Yummo :)

yep, I think that the people who don't care about the big picture of the environment, and the beauty around us, should have to go and live next to Chernobyl, and see what that sort of attitude gets them.

It does always amuse me, the scientists and the space nuts spending billions thinking about how to make a place like the moon habitable, when we really should be spending the money making our little bubble here on earth habitable.

I have just finished reading the latest Dan Brown book, which deals with the issue of over population of the earth. It has some interesting thoughts, about the issue, and does make you wonder, we are destroying our environment, and it will come back and bite us very soon. Makes me want to go buy a small farm in Tasmania, with its own water and good growing soil and make sure my family and future generations can look after themselves.

A good read that's for sure.
