Yeah doing the FSBO pre realtor.
Their reasoning is most loans are either through the government or at least have government insurance backing, since the government is shut down there are no people to push paper or even sign paper.

But not everyone needs a loan. Tell them to list the damn thing anyways, or you going to file a discrimination suit against them for limiting out the cash buyers! ;)

The thing that pisses me off the most and this is really petty but I only helped put two of those *******s up in DC. I have to pay the consequences of other peoples stupid decisions

Years ago two guys in suits and sun-glasses showed up at my office to ask questions about a lady I knew. They looked like they came from central casting for a FBI movie. Their IDs and badges were cool.

It turns out the lady I knew was applying for a job as an investigator for the IRS. She got the job, and it is so strange to think of this happy sweet chick as a lady that can carry a gun on any airplane or into any business or school. She said she only deals with the BAD criminal tax evasion cases. I never ever want to see her on the job.

She graduated top in in class for her CPA and the IRS called her looking to hire her.
