We have had 15 cloudy foggy days this month and several cloudy not too foggy days. Very few clear sunny days. It is just the 21st and still no sun. And we have only had just over an inch of rain this month. I don't ever want remember this sting of foggy weather. It is normal Seattle weather.

I could NEVER live in Seattle, you would be reading about me on the news when I lost my chit and flipped out. I have to have sunshine

BIL had a depression disorder that was treated by sun exposure. He even had a special lamp he would sit under and read to get his prescribed hours of sunlight every day. On sunny days he would go for long walks. He didn't like it when I teased him about being part plant.

I'm just tired of it looking grey and dreary outside.

Doc told me one time I have seasonal depression to which I replied "no I don't, I just like being outside and I don't do cold and I need fresh air, and I love sunshine and I only get really crabby towards the end of winter"

Absolutely brutal lift today.....got to the gym at 12:05, left at 15:00....muscle failure on all 5 exercises in my last circuit....

Beth has a friend who I am also friends with and she just dumped a crap load on me. She is having relationship issues with some guy she is dating and it is going sour due to his humor about mentally challenged people. Her sister had some issues, her son has an issue and she is over weight so she is self conscious, lots going on there, ad to the fact that her ex husband offed himself and I know her brother, and she didn't have a great childhood.
But why oh why would she come to me for a shoulder to vent on. Holy crap.
Okay I just felt like doing the same thing to you guys she just did to me, thanks for listening.
