Well that was a failure...

So I got promoted to a big position at work this week. I've been with the company now for 2 months.


I'm pretty happy. The people I work with have some amazing backgrounds. It sucks that I can't really talk about any of it.

Girlfriend also comes to visit in t minus 7 weeks.

I've almost got my landing's down. Touch and goes are not a problem. It's the full stop that gets me. I didn't autocross it as bad today though.

I saw a small piece of paper fly by at 1700 ft MSL while turning base. At first I thought it was a bird, then saw the distinct shape of a white piece of paper. Must have been caught up in one heck of a dust devil.
