Evening guys...

I would just like to go on the record stating that I hate assigning Mass Spec and IR signals.

I just got home. I fking hate doing hernias.

Then why do them? Why not refer them to a specialist?


Dad has been needing to have a hernia fixed for quite some time... It doesn't cause pain so he refuses to have it fixed.

So speaking of things that hurt...

I sit next to this guy at work, John... and the **** we talk about.. it's amazing. There's no such thing as 'inappropriate'.

Wish my job was that fun... Me and the radioshack guy have some fun talks when the boss or his 8yrold son aren't around. My boss is mr straight laced baptist though. He doesn't find most of our hijinx very funny.

I am the specialist. I go to industrial clinics. They know my background is in general surgery. So the few general surgical cases (like hernias) from industrial settings get tossed my way.

I'm thinking of not doing hernias anymore. I just don't enjoy doing them. Over half the people I do are overweight. Surgery can be a struggle (my struggle) with them. It's the only general surgical procedure I do regularly so I wouldn't mind giving it up.

I'd be passing on them... But then I'm not one to go cutting on anyone anyways....

TGIF already (well here it is at least!!)

Yesterday I took a new fitness supplement... Didn't sleep well all night, very lightly, turned around about a gazillion times. And... and now you guys will start laughing, somehow I dreamed about two breakfast club members.... :eek: :eek:
No I'm not telling you who they are.
Strange thing is, I didn't see any faces, just names. Very weird.

I've been texting with her for some time now, but was struggling to get a good conversation going, so I said that there was only one way to have a decent talk and that would be face to face.

It wasn't really a trick to get her to go out with me.
We met on a social network site I was on a long time ago and we've been texting on and off ever since.
This way we can get to know each other a bit better. Doesn't mean stuff is gonna happen. I've made some really good friends this way.
FWIW, she be-friended me, not the other way around.

I was just thinking of a girl that I spent lots of time talking to when I was hanging out in the dorms so much in the spring. She had a BF then and we talked quite a bit. She's single now but we don't chat much... Maybe I should suggest getting together since we haven't seen each other in like forever. ;)


Yes she's cute, yes she's older, and yes she's in pharm school....

Start chatting again, ask her out a short while later.
Worst thing that can happen is that she says no.

Catch her on FB OR call her little sister and ask her if she could pass your number on to her sis.
Don't ask for the big sister's number directly, it is frowned upon.

I should add... This is the girl that when I barely knew her told me that everytime she saw a Porsche it made her think of me. This was with her boyfriend in the room...
