I need to print my admission ticket for the PCAT this weekend. I can't get logged on to my account b/c I forgot my password was case sensitive and included an _. Now my account is locked and I have to call the number... I call and "due to heavy call volume" my call can not be handled at this time, please call back later! *******s! This test costs 150 to take and they make it damn near impossible to have all your ducks in a row for it.

That's part of the test. The red tape maze to get to the test in the first place.
