Hey G, I gotta question.... You seem fairly fluent in English, how often do you actually speak it? Is it used around the office, or just when speaking to us yanks?

I seldom speak it (but I can, fluently). Mostly over here.
During my student days, I did get plenty of English, German and French in school.
Most of my good grades came from those courses.
Do you need me to tutor you, Sid?? :D ;)

Glen, that first sandwich doesn't look to bad, but the one with all the bacon is kinda yukky.

Oh yeah, I nearly froze my nuts off today....

GH85Carrera 12-01-2010 09:49 AM

Those are both internet photos. I did not make the sandwichs & would not eat either of them.

So G-Man did you sing "Walking in a Winter Wonderland" while you were outside?

This is what sucks about American education..... I was only offered spanish in high school and the teacher sucked so I didn't take it.... Now I wish I could speak spanish and really don't have the time to take a class..... Oh well....

RKDinOKC 12-01-2010 11:10 AM

Crap, left the Rover outside last night and it got cold enough to kill the battery.

porsche4life 12-01-2010 11:57 AM

Optima next time?

Rick V 12-01-2010 01:27 PM

Oh No, not a rover problem.
Do we need more sticks?

pete3799 12-01-2010 02:53 PM

Pulled into a truckstop in Tn, last night. Raining hard but warm.
Woke up this morn. and it was snowing...........my work here is done :D

slodave 12-01-2010 02:56 PM

See, sticks are the shizznit! You can use them to prop up the RR, set it on fire to keep the battery warm....

I had the opportunity to learn French, German and Spanish at the schools I went to. :)

Thanks Pete.......................(insert bad names here)

Tried charging the battery and my charger went nuts, needle bounced between charged and 4 amp charging. And that was with the battery disconnected from the truck. Dropped in a new $100 Interstate and started right up, no need for either sticks or an Optima that cost near half what I paid for the truck.

RKDinOKC 12-01-2010 06:41 PM

We had Spanish in grade school, but I can't even remember how to ask where the bathroom is. Which could be a real problem since TV and movies have taught me how to order beer.

slodave 12-01-2010 06:43 PM

Donde esta el bano? ;)
