What's with the Weather ??
Record highs in the Pacific NW, record lows in parts of the mid-west. Record rains in the NE. Here in S. TX the hottest July in 122 years and a record drought going for nearly a year.
Most ominous though, we are half-way through hurricane season and not so much as a tropical depression in the Atlantic or Gulf. Very strange indeed....
