Once upon a time, Pelican was a limited group composed of members going by Otto and EarlySman and Clark Griswald and several Jim's, amoung others.

People once posted brief, concise posts which had depth and true feeling in each word typed. Each post was genuine, and contained response and interpretation with the previous threads.
There was once consensus and/or well-thought-out logical arguments to those contiguously posted.

This was before your time young man.

We all liked it, and reminded me of that stuff you can only get in Japan which I've posted photos of before.

I'm sure there will be takers for it, someone should make a plug/mould from it.
