How to get non mobile view from phone?
Using an iPhone, anyone know how to get the normal forum layout and not the mobile version? I am aware of the 'normal version' link on the bottom left but when I click it, it brings me to the mobile version forum summary again.

Then can you make it so you can post more than a few lines in quick post? When quoting someone you can't scroll down to add you own text or when it scrolls automatically you can't scroll back up.

Use to work fine on my BB but my iPhone only shows the iPhone view and it's a pain to post. Probably one reason why I pulled back on posts. I surf other sites with more content/forums and it's not a problem in normal view.

Can't respond to PMs in mobile view, either. PITA!

There's a tool for jailbroken iPhones that masks safari mobile and makes it register as normal firefox.

Don't remember what it's called but I'm pretty sure it's under 'tweaks' in cydia.

I only use normal on my iPhone when someone posts a pic that's too small to see in mobile.

It's called uafaker and it's an sbsettings add on. I'm on the normal view of the forum from my iPhone right now and it works fine, but really slow even on wifi.
