Got a Honda fit. Does that make me a ricer?

I just bought a new Fit as a DD, and I like it, I like a lot. So much so that I'm already thinking about upgrades. Does that make me a ricer? It's my poor mans Mini. I did the Cash for clunkers deal.

j/k!! Who cares that you have Honda? I think they are pretty cool myself. Just please, for the love of all that is automotive, don't put a 3 tier roof spoiler on it. EDIT: Ok, that is not what I thought it was. I was thinking of the Element. For the record, I think the Element is cool. The Fit? Eh, not inspiring but it goes from A to B and gets great mileage.

The only thing more boring than talking about Honda's on a Porsche tech forum is talking about Hyundai's on a Porsche tech forum............ Wrong site.

I think the Fit is a fantastic looking car. Nice vertical cabin so tall folks aren't squashed in, nice sharp lines. Great choice. Ignore the haters.

Yawn ... I wouldn't waste a penny on that car. Save money for something that's worth fiddling with. Drive it. It is an appliance. It would be like mods to your washer or dryer. George Last edited by aigel; 08-30-2009 at 09:19 AM.. | ||

As long as it fills YOUR transportation needs what guys here think is secondary...

It has true sleeper potential, all you gotta do is "fit" a Cayenne Turbo engine in the back. That thing would go like stink.

Here is a sobering thought, the Fit is only 4 inches to wide, to fit in the bed of my pickup. I personally would be afraid to drive one. I kinda like a bit of steel around me when I drive.

Good choice, they're very nice cars. My in-laws are wanting a 4 door hatchback, I keep trying to push them that direction. It's amazing the quantity of stuff that you can fit in the back.

I like the reverse NACA ducts (or is that a row of backwards stall spoilers) installed on the blue Fit pictured above. Subtle cool.

Yep. I'm a fan too. Well designed. Holds more than you'd expect. Nice car.
