Owning a mini doesn't make you gay.

A Miata on the other hand.........

Matt? I just gotta ask...what is the longest time period you've owned a car?

Do the Minis really sell for that much? I mean you are dangerously close to 2002-2003 3 series territory at that price/mileage range.

I'm sure the fun factor is greater in the Mini. But usability and fit/finish have to go the bimmer. Throw in the fact that the mileage afforded by the I6 being pushed hard is not that much worse than the 4cylinder that has to be wrung out to get the performance.

Don't get me wrong, I think they are cool little cars, but for that kind of money I just don't think that I could do it.

Yes Garret for no logical reason they are that high. My dad bought an 06 corolla with almost the same options and only 900 miles for less than that. This was over a year ago as well.

Well within range of a ZHP 330i.

4 years and 60k miles on my 1993 Nissan 240SX. I plan to keep the Land Cruiser for a while, I've had it since March.

I'm priced right at KBB private party excellent value. Retail is over $15k. Given the same year/mileage, I don't know how much 3-series $13k will buy. Obviously the Mini doesn't have the same HP, but don't sell it short on quality. The interior fit/finish is easily on a par with a E46 325.

That is probably true, but it feels like the discount rack at Men's Warehouse in comparison.

And you can get quite a bit of E46 for $13-15K. I have been working on my dad for 3 years now, but the 525 just keeps going (with only minor help).

Can't we just have a nice gentlemanly conversation about wine pairings or something without this a$$clown dirtying up PPOT hawking his used cars every other week?

Hugs!

I won't argue that fact, but you're probably talking about a different shopper as well.

Are you trying to tell me that this is off topic for off topic?

Whatever I can find that I like. I'm eternally looking for a good deal on an E55 AMG, it hasn't happened yet. I'd also love to find a nice 330i or M5, and I'm always searching for another Porsche.

Do you have regist. fees and sales tax on cars sold private party in KS? Trading cars so often in some states would get expensive real fast.

Cars don't make you gay. Gay sex makes you gay.

I hereby declare any man who has ever called a mini cooper 'gay' to be a self loathing h0m0 that gets erections from watching Ultimate Fighting on tv.

Minis are cool. Carry on.
