Argentine Systema 1911 45 ACP

Just bought one for $499. Anyone ever owned one? This is the actual pistol:

Someone changed the trigger & sights.
Is worth more than a Ballister Molina. They didn't used to be worth $500 but I guess times are different.

If you have any need to load it with defensive ammo, Remington 185gr +P .45 ammo has a hollow point designed to mimic the profile of FMJ, and is therefore very friendly to stock 1911 style pistols. It's a super potent round, easily surpassing the muzzle energy of the typical .357 magnum load. Standard pressure .45 ammo is much less powerful.

But the main thing about it is that it will feed in pretty much any decent pistol. Lots of hollowpoints hate 1911s.

Nice Sistema. They seem to be well-thought-of in 1911 circles?

TRPs do, indeed, rock. Mine is even a US-assembled one:

Nice 1911's.

I have a Kimber from their custom shop, and a double stack Para.
