Bitter Prius Driver Gets Pwned
lol. I guess driving a prius may not be quite as soul satisfying as it first appears.
Someone sliced my top ... need help - FerrariChat.com |
Outstanding!
|
Wow that's just awesome :)
|
wow that is priceless. stupid farkwad claims the guy driving the old car is ruining the earth while mr. sandals felt the need to buy a brand spanking new vehicle, complete with batteries out the whazoo, in a failed bid to save the earth.
the irony is so thick you could use it for a sauce base. |
I like the fact that the F-car owner isn't willling to settle out of court. This vandal deserves a criminal record. Why can't this kind of story happen more often? Start squirming Mr self-righteous Prius owning bastard!
|
Brilliant. :D
|
Awesome. Another self rightous ignorant prick gets his. The fact that he cut himself was a nice touch.

prius dickhead, ha, a couple of months ago, i was in Oroville at Harvey Weidman's shop getting some wheel work done. As I was attempting to get back onto HWY 70, on the one lane on ramp, a prius was going unusally slow ahead of me on the merge. Once on HWY 70, there was about 1/2 mile of two lane before it went down to one. So, I get onto HWY and proceed to blow off this stupid - chip - on - the - shoulder - prius - dickhead. Now, prius dude has it floored and is attempting to beat me to the one lane. His mistake, my MFI Coupe made short work of his stupid ass. Now, in traffic he catches up and starts to tail gate me. I dropped my hand out the window and "waived" at him and he then returned to a safe following distance.
Nice guy though. Steve 73 Aubergine 911 T Coupe, built to "E" spec. |
this story is probably going to take months to play out. keep us updated.
|
That FC thread made my day. Once in a while the world works just right.
|
i would take every legal action against this dirtbag. i hate self righteous idiots that turn into criminals in the name of some ideal... irony.
|
Strange, I read the first page, went for page 2 and I get invalid thread. Now going back to the original link gives the same result.
Looks like the thread got deleted. On edit: http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?p=138993406#post138993406 |
so, what happened?
|
I arrived too late to read the ferrari chat thread. Story of my life...sounds like a prius owner sliced a Ferrari top?
|
Ok, please tell us the story as you remember reading it.
Thanks! George |
A guy with a Ferrari 360 convertible went into a store, came out a couple of minutes later and found that his convertible top had a long cut in the material. He went back the next day and asked the store about video cameras. They checked and saw an older guy get out of a prius, get something out of the prius, go to the Ferrari, cut the top and then leave quickly.
The Ferrari owner and store went to the Police. The police caught the guy. He said that he did it to teach the guy a lesson because it was guys like the Ferrari guy that were killing the world. Turns out the guy had slashed the top and then tried to slash the tires of the Ferrari, but when he tried to stab the tires, the knife didn't go in and instead his hand slipped down onto the blade. He got a bad cut on his hand trying to slash the tires. The guy in the Prius wants to settle out of court, but the Ferrari guy says, "screw that! I want him to have a record". So he's pursuing charges on the Pruis guy. The Ferrari guy said that he needed to replace the top anyway. I think that's the basics. If anyone has any corrections, let me know. |
thats pretty much it Masraum,
The Pious owner needs to feel the full wrath of the law on this one. Saving the environment by slashing convertible tops? |
I suspect that the FC deleted the thread as litigation is pending. If too much gets said, it weakens the Ferrari guys case.
You know, I'm very much pro-environmental but you've got to use your head... Why would you slash the tires to demonstrate the environmental waste that you feel a Ferrari is - when even a 2nd grader realizes that the guy is just going to go out and buy MORE tires (or top which he did succeed in destroying)! So to demonstrate their point, they've effectively added to so called environmental damage (another set of tires manufactured, another set in a landfill)... Like the ELF idiots who burn the SUVs. OK, so now we're out the manufacturing impact, the horrible air pollution that burned vehicles create, the landfill issues etc. WTF? I just don't get it. Maybe I'm not pro-environmental... Maybe all my recycling, reducing, re-using has another agenda. angela |
No Angela, I think most people got off the environmental bus when it made it's final stop at sanity before proceeding on to delusion.

What really gets me is the cowardly nature of this kind of action. If the guy has an issue with the "wasteful' lifestyle the Ferrari represents, he should have the nutsack to approach its owner and make his position clear. Otherwise, we would have no idea what the vandalism represents.
Even when the intent is clear, such as with our burnt SUV's, homes, and businesses we see here in the PNW, I just can't get over the sneaky, cowardly nature of all of this. It seems typical of the breed, unfortunately. Their cause is important enough to them to "do something", but not important enough to put their face behind it. I don't think the public as a whole is impressed; every such act of vandalism erodes their cause. |
