1960s bobble-head type figure - can someone i.d. this guy?

This was in a bunch of GI Joe stuff I bought at a garage sale. I'm terrible with faces. Can anyone identify this guy? Looks like he's wearing fatigues. Could this be entertainment related - TV, movies? Political? He's stamped: (c) 1965 Remco Industries, Inc.

My guess is "Sgt. Saunders", the character played by Vic Morrow on the old TV series "Combat".

How did they know that Vic Morrow had dandruff?

They found his head and shoulders in the bushes

I think we have a winner... assuming that the guy who created the auction knew what he was talking about.

I think it looks a lot more like Bobby Flay than JFK.
