Talking with the experts, this car is the first attempt, they said it will evolve from here to something a bit different.

Very nice. Interesting how far behind the front wheels the engine sits. Almost mid chassis.

Actually, it's my impresion that this is the final design of the SLS which is to go on sale in a little over a year. Just made it's formal debut at the Frankfurt show last month. Striking car. I want one.

Yeah, the F1 is barely touchable ten years on, and the new MP4-12C looks to have similar performance for 1/4 the price.

And they are gearing up to build 4,000 MP4-12Cs a year, as opposed to the 16 or so F1s a year...

Anyone read the C&D article on the new SLS? Apparently the AMG chief was getting his digs in at Mclaren for making the SLR so heavy. This car should be as fast with less power, for much less money.

Personally, I think it's sex. Very well done.
