Battery Draw Down on a 06 Nissan.

We have been having some problems with the Nissan that is causing the battery to be flatter than pee on a pancake after 3 days of sitting. Been into the dealer 4 times and because it is under warranty, I wasn't paying too much attention to my wife's car.
The knuckle heads at the dealer told my wife that she should pull the battery post every time she was going to leave the car for more than a day or two... ??
What should the draw down on a modern car be while sitting?
I measured .33 amps or 330 milliamps and I think that is pretty high.
I had to sneak up on the car though and keep the meter inline while disconnecting the negative post rather than break it and then insert the meter into the circuit to get this reading after the car had sat overnight.
Any opinions?

330 milli amps is not normal.

Neither is taking off the battery post. How would you pass inspection if all the I/M codes get reset.

Has it been in the shop 3 times for the same problem? Lemon Law apply?

You will never be able to fix this out of warranty.

Is there a Nissan district rep you can talk to?

The car has been in at least 4 times for this problem.
I am going to call the Nissan customer service line again and see where it goes from there.
The car would be out of warranty at the end of the next month, but my wife had purchased the extended warranty when she purchased the car.
I am not sure that they have the same type of lemon law in Canada as they do in the US.
Thanks.

With the electronics skills of the typical dealer this will require thousands of dollars of shot gunned parts.

Don't let this one slide till the factory warantee expires.

.
So much board related stuff in almost everything, hard to isolate but relatively easy to swap out a board...

What's the voltage at the terminals with the engine running?

Could just be as simple as a bad battery. I've seen it happen before.. Might not hurt to take the battery out and test it.

Battery has been load tested a few times and it was replaced last March. The voltage was OK when I checked it last, just shy of 13vdc when at idle right around 13 when the rpms were up. It was @12.05vdc yesterday when the car was off before it was started. That was read from my old Fluke 23.

I would guess a bad alternator, BUT you can pull all of the fuses one at a time with your MM connected and see when the drain goes away, if no joy then try pulling out the relays.
Another thought what was the last thing you fixed??
Did you install a new radio/amp

No additions to the car, it is as it was delivered. I haven't done any work to it.
Car will start if is driven every day, not if it sits.
