Are you going to use the M'Naughten defense. I would practice on Nancy Grace as she will surely fail.
Good luck on your case. Question, let's say hypothetical and not related to this case. If you know your client is guilty, through whatever methodology (confession, video, etc) do you present your case in a way to reduce sentence, or do you still find a way to get a not guilty verdict? t.

She is a real harpy. She comes from the Bill O'Reilly school of "shout down oppossing arguments/viewpoints" and "I run this show, so my POV is obviously the only correct POV"
Can't stand her--she just seizes a hot button topic untill another "more shocking" topic comes along, then drops the first as quickly as possible. She was all baout casey anthony for weeks, until somthing newere and more shcoking came along. she is just terrible....
