Just caught up with this story on another board and there was a pic, pretty hot, I'd have hit that for sure when I was 14. They are saying the kid will be scared for life, what a crock, he's the hero to all his buddies, I'd take a scar like that anytime.
So we had LaFave in Florida, Laturno in Wash. state, I just wonder how many high school kids there are in between that are boinking their teachers and doing the right thing, keeping their mouths shut and going along for the ride, 20, 50, 200? Whats your guess? and if you were 14 and had a chance like that would you have taken it? Would you feel scared for life?

Every once in a while a story like this will make World Net Daily. They have kept a list of these teachers (who got caught, obviously) and it's quite a long list. You could likely research the archives.

Having said that, some are gay but most not. Most are just plain looking or downright fugly so likely you wouldn't 'hit' those. Initially I had the same thought as you..lucky guy.

When I was 14 I know I had a permanent woodie, but was very shy so I dunno if I would have hit it (a hottie)...if she had pushed hard enough on me I think I would have. Scarred for life...I doubt it but who knows. If I had gotten caught I know I'd have been scarred...otherwise not so sure.

Another sick side of the story is that the hotties sometimes get very lite sentence. Ond judge even said, re: La Fave..."she's just too pretty to go to jail"...or a very similar statement.

How many are out there that have not yet been caught? Who knows but I'll bet quite a few given the shocking number that have over the past couple of years.

The price of admission is always high. But I'd say it's a lot lower for a teenage boy who doesn't have a wife or assets to lose. Honestly, I can't see a single downside for him. The only downside for Mary Kay Letourneau's beau was that he fell in love with her, knocked her up, had to wait out her seven years in the joint and now his wife is a convicted felon and can't buy him guns for b-day and Xmas presents. But that's a rare case.

The school that LaFave taught at is a block from my house. I believe it was her lawyer that said she was too hot for jail, not the judge.

What troubles me is the double standard...male teacher taps a 16 y.o. hottie that initiates an encounter herself and he's under the jail. What's good for the gander is good for the goose.

I work with a woman that shares the exact same name as one of the famous "female teacher predators".....it's a common joke at work. ...and yes, she's pretty much a cougar. she eats up the cougar jokes.

So on the one hand, we have people decrying the state of society and lack of morals, and on the other we have people extolling the virtues of having casual sex with a minor (which depending on the age/disposition could be considered molestation and is certainly indicative of psychological problems with the adult).

Well, only if it is hot woman teacher and teen boy. If she's ugly or if it is a male teacher and female student then it is wrong.

Just trying to get clear on this moral compass. I think north is that way ->
