Which GM Design Genius....
.....is taking credit for this?
Here is the now almost 5-year old Mercedes ML: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1257123919.jpg And here is the "All New 2010 Chevy Equinox" http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1257123966.jpg |
One that's getting a raise because his vehicle will sell.
Chevy Malibu and Buick Lacrosse look very European as well but that is just a freakin copy!!
I have noticed a very "german hue" to all of gm's new lineup.
Is that by the French Canadian woman that designed the Aztek?
Looks like a management design. --cutting corners, even tho' they're "too big to fail"
I blame Radu.
LOL ...wait, wouldn't it have a little yellow light on top?
Japs been doing this for years. Look at any toyota model.
the Chev does sorta have that your-a-penis look, you can drive one and think your-a-peon
Most of the new vehicles look the same these days. Consumers should look at milege, reliability, price, and build quality instead.
i don't see where the simmilarity is that much...the acrchs are more pronounced on the chevy, the door lines are different as are the character lines. IF you are nit picky...you could say that even benz stole the ideas from mitsubishi(see a montero for archs)and toyota/rav4/honda crv.
I like the chevy better....alot better |
Hell all the cars look the same nowadays anyway. Almost impossible to tell them apart. Even BMWs and P cars looks like Japanese cars.
There is no inviduality anymore.:( |
Funny, a lot of the same people that are bashing Chevy for making an SUV that looks like an MB SUV, salivate over the copies of MB that Toyota turns out every year...
LOL at least they were smart enough this time to copy a decent looking vehicle, usually they copy the ugly ones.

80's drive train - chassis technology and plagiarized styling. It is clear the recovery money isn't going into design and development.
