Couple of renderings I found on another forum where this was being discussed. I hope it goes more in the direction of these pictures, as the one in the OP is way to Jag/Aston

The 911 lights on the front are horrid. Any new 928 must have the iconic pop up headlights.

I might fall out of my chair if a mainstream car was introduced with pop-up lights now-a-days.

The last car I can think of was the C5 vette. And it was designed in the 90s.

pop-ups add wt. to the car and are not needed for aerodynamic reasons with modern small form factor headlights

Can't do pop up lights anymore.

Safety regs, at least in EUR, (maybe here, too?) pedestrian impact protection.

Nice arse. The front looks like every Porsche photoshop from the last 5 years. Put some non-retractable shark eyes on the front and we'll talk.:)
