A few years back a co-worker's wife was hired at the Michelin plant in SC in IT. He decided he could get a job as a test driver for them. He was a car guy but mostly drag cars. He lined up an "interview" and test drive. He drove, on the track, with one of the drivers riding along. When they got in the guy said, "OK swap seats and I will show you how its done." He quickly realized he wasn't qualified.
