MCRIB! IT'S BACK!


Went to McDonalds last night, and lo and behold... MCRIB!

I had heard rumors... but boy, am I excited.

So much so that I got two.



....


Theres war in the middle east, government turmoil, financial crisis...

And the most exciting thing for me right now is the McRib.

I cannot decide weather that is incredibly sad or incredibly enviable.

been boycotting mcd for 40 years. i wouldn't set foot in one if they had prime rib.

And they are going to open a thousand more units within a year.

And then in about 3,4 months it will go away again. I think they do this to screw with everyone.

oh boy! I LOOOOOOVE the mcrib! but they never have it here...will confirm this tonight!

What did they do in 1979?

I think it would be 1969, thats when they raised their price from a .10 to .15 as I remember.

I don't understand the appeal of the McRib. I like real ribs, not fake ones.

Saw a show once about the McRib.... Something to do with that they can only make so many so only certain parts of the country have them at a time...



Now if they will get the Holiday pies back.... MMMMMMM

Mc rib. Is amazing! Pickles and BBQ sauce. I like fake ones.

And while that's fine, I prefer them real. ;)

Actually, I liked the "steak sandwich" they had, 30 years ago. It was "pre" McNuggets

Mmmmm...mystery meat, overpowering fake smoke flavor, crappy BBQ sauce. What's not to like? Gag me. Another good reason to stay away from Mickey D's.

I know damn well that it's mystery meat, with fake smoky bbw sauce.. throw together on a cheap bun.


But mmmm... I like them.

:confused: I'm sure it tastes awesome but I'm a little grossed out.

A generation ago ribs were considered junk meat. Today they are considered a premium meat.

I personally think of McRib as the MDF of meats, but maybe in the future...
