Needed a little more room
Business is booming right now so I decided to do the 2nd office I've been wanting. I'm going to loose some warehouse area but I'm looking into renting the warehouse next door (really cheap
 ) 24' x 16', A/C, and best of all it will make my previously non A/C'd bathroom A/C. I got 3 guys to do it all for $2k. Including mud, carpet, electrical and door. Just have to paint it. I think I'm going to throw another couch back there with a nice TV for late nights.
