There is no car. Price is an offer to build.
It's not Plymouth selling it, it's the designer. He's probably trying to recoup his losses from the check that bounced. |

That's not a concept car, that's someone offering to essentially build you a custom Road Runner based on a Challenger. $950k for a car that only exists in sketches, that's scary as hell.

So for $950,000, these people will buy a Dodge Challenger, slap some Bondo on it, and call it a Road Runner. Oh, and they’ll install an aftermarket turbocharger on it too…
