Eric I was thinking about your words in the earlier thread (your fault I've spent all this money ;) ). I'd been looking at Tikkas but wanted it in stainless and walnut, and then for a little bit more I got the used Sako.

Thanks Tabs, I'm thinking it will keep it's value as long as I keep it in "as new" condition. I was going to thread the end of the barrell for a sound moderator but the guys at the pistol club gave me a good telling off for that idea. "Nine nine nine, du bist ein farkin idiot" etc.

Probably should have taken your advice since the Remmy isn't all that great (poor finishing after machining and the bolt is rather loose and not as smooth as I would like)...but it shoots well. See that thread with range results.

Are they covering "target turrets?" I learned recently....

Target turrets sounds like a good term for them. You don't need a screwdriver/coin to turn them and they are 1/4 MOA

Yep. That's a good thing. I will probably send my Leopold in to get target turrets retrofitted. Right now I use a penny or my humb nail to adjust my scope :(
