I suspect it had something to do with the telegraph. There's a tag, but it's too corroded to read. The lettering on the glass case is highly stylized, seems to say 'Nun Co'. One of the coils says 'Struthers Dunn Inc. Philadelphia.' "Coil: 2A 60CY" "ContactsV110 AC"
The six posts are part of a circuit on the bottom, it doesn't look as though the two missing posts ever connected to anything. Anyway, thanks for any help you can give. Charlie White ![]() ![]() ![]()

Looks like two relays in a glass case. What does the circuit look like?
A search of dunco relays comes up with parts but no company history.

Just a (revised) guess...
It appears that DunCo is the retail "brand" of the Struthers Dunn Company. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Struthers-Dunn http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&tbo=0&q=%2BDunCo+%22struthers+Dunn%22&btnG=Search&aq=f&oq=&aqi=

Definately some kind of dual action relay. Looks like the stuff we used to have on our old power boards back when I started. I have tons of new S-D. relays in all my swithgear transfer feeders.
