Goat fokker always makes me chuckle, but that is because my wife's friend dated a guy who turned out to have literally had intercourse with a goat. She used it as a perjorative term after that.

Dumba$$ is just a funny sounding word. I rarely use it, but love it. I mutter it to myself in the car fairly often when another driver does something stupid... and always laugh right afterwards because it's so fun to say.

Knucklehead is also funny... but nowhere near as fun to use as dumba$$. :D
