Pearl Harbor day
Please have a toast tonight for the vets who did not come back from the attack on Pearl Harbor that happened today in 1941.

Oh look, our resident commie gave this thread one star. Guess he doesn't like thinking about brave men dying for their country. I bumped it up a bit.

Labor Day week 2009. Tough place to visit but worth every bit!
Two days after this photo was taken my cousin was deployed to Iraq. He should get home in Aug-Sept of 2010. I'll be going back for a Welcome Home party! God Bless America. ![]() ![]()

Here, Here, to the great men and women that have fought to preserve our country and way of life, in Pearl Harbor and in all of the battles in all of the countries over the years. Also to the men and women who have been prepared to serve, but have been lucky enough to not see battle.

Good thoughts, Joe - will do. I'll also be toasting those who did come back; have the privilege of knowing several of them. True heroes, all.
Those who fail to learn from history............

Very interesting. I normally hate anything MS related but it appears that Google could care less about this days history, while Bing does it right.
Thx! Joe A

My daughter told me that her teacher in her 8th grade history class didn't say anything about PH yesterday. I told to go in there today and tell her that your father wants to know why.
