Chrome browser theme - Porsche

lolo, this probably has been posted but finally downloaded Chrome.
Hit the theme link and the first slot was for a Porsche Theme!

Sort of yaks ... but I'm a nerd

-----------
Had to wait cuz I'm on OSX.
Still going through the journey of finding the best browser ....

safari -- ram pig but cpu is decent
firefox -- ram usage is fair but CPU PIG!!! (get up to 100% but is happy at 50%+ )
camino -- same as firefox but a bit better since I can't put all kinds of plugins in it
Opera -- still testing but haven't gotten 5 windows and 300 tabs open yet ...
Chrome -- just opened it and had to post the theme bit first

I'm not on win7 but OSX so ... experience might be different for windows.

However, I've had Opera crash on me 3 times already ... beta so ... what can you expect.
Beta for Chrome seems really fast. CPU and ram usage is still winning at the moment ... but still need to test 5-6 windows with 20+ tabs each.

lolo, I like to keep things open to visit later ...

I only use 3-5 tabs at a time. But if you let them run for 4 hrs and try to have several conversations on FB chat it locks smooth up.

Lol the other day I got a call from a friend.
Her. Sidney I think my computer has a virus.

Me. Why?

Well it( I assume vista) gets really slow and then locks up

ok. What antivi you got?

Avg

Hmm. That shoulda caught it. Ok boot in safe mode. Uninstall AVG and install malware bytes and let me know what that finds.

Several hours later.

Sidney it's still doing it.

What did the scan find?

Nothing

Crap. Ok I'll have to come take a look at it.

Her. This all started when firefox was downloaded.

Wait this is firefox that's locking up?

Yes.

When it locks up just close it and reopen. All will be back to normal. Wish you had told me the firefox thing 3hrs ago.

me 3 hours ago or her?

firefox will use over 100% of the CPU ... I wonder if that was it not FF itself? lolo, that's still FF ... oh well.

I feel sorry for the FF guys but ... they did have a bunch of time and really didn't need to recode from scratch ... definitely at the moment recommend Chrome. I hope I don't eat those words later.
