Stupid is supposed to hurt

Sat on my damn camera and cracked the LCD display. Still takes pics, would it be worthwhile to have repaired, or should my cheap ass buy a damn camera. It is a 5 year old Canon SD 400.

repair > new ... go new

Lot's of new cameras out there have multi-focal point focusing and larger pixel ratios.
Digital cameras are still getting better!

If this was a 35mm then .... that does really need consideration!

I damaged the LCD on my SD550 and had it replaced. It think it was about $230.- to replace it a few years ago.

Wow, cameras are cheap. Go from current 5 to new 10 megapixel camera for about a buck and a quarter. Wonder if they are still hecho in Japan.

You should see my iPhone. Works fine, though.
