Mark - Thanks for the b&w version, but I need a more basic design. Sorry, I should've been more specific. The example pic was just the first one I pulled up on Google.
Sidney - that sounds perfect. My plan is to personalize the badge. I don't have PSP, only MS Paint, so I need to work with very basic graphics.

Here is one that might work. I've scaled it to 1800 x 1700-ish, but it's an EPS file (converted to jpeg) so I can scale it to whatever size/resolution you need. I'll probably kill the link in a while though, so click fast!
