New Years Eve, hows it been

Ok, mine is over and I am home, this is the sunset and also the launch at Vandenberg, I think. Looking out over the harbor at Dana Point. I tried to get the Blue Moon but I think I had to many champaigns by they and couldn't focus.
I think the first one should show the sunset and to the right over the trees the benining of the launch.

A friend called and said that near downtown Birmingham (Ala.) the gunfire had started before dark!!!

way too many drinks, hanging out on the beach, I misspelled a lot, but in the first shot, about a half inch in on the trees there is the beginning of the launch, we are a long ways away from Vandenberg.

I rang in the new year with an 18yr Glenfiddich, a cigar that CBP would have been very interested in, The Chairman of the Board playing on my phone and a lounge chair on the beach.

I started to go out, but on the way to my usual bar I saw 2 wrecks and one person being arrested.

well...this new year started w/ a sitter no-show then my father calling with "remember when you told me that if I never needed money, call...well it's worse than you think...I owe $60K (on a HELOC), have $3100 in monthly expenses and $1400 in monthly SS payments." In 20 years the man has turned $1M from a company sale into $60K in debt...primarily through indian casino gambling. He's 68 and my mom is 67. Happy New Year!!

I was asleep by 9, up by 4.
Except for the programming on the tv I wouldn't know it's different than any other day. Which it isn't.
And that's the way I like it.

Played from 8pm until 1:30 up in the Hollywood Hills. No better way to start the new year (at least for me). View out the top deck (three story/three decks in the house - crazy).

My friend Sharon made some killer pizzas. One she first coated the crust with bleu cheese dressing, then spread chopped spinach and finally sliced shrimp and cheese on that. Murder!
