I've got a buddy. He's friends with a guy that's got a shop in Houston that fixes stuff. The drowned Bugatti is in that shop. The same shop fixed the Enzo that the actor ran into the concrete divider.

I have always *presumed* that Andy either owns the shop, invests in it, or is bestest buddies with the owner, since he's been connected to them on more than one car.

So the guy who owns a salvage exotic sales lot turns his Veyron into a salvage title vehicle - seems a little fishy to me - so to speak
