So I finally got some glasses.
 

I had an astigmatism, 20/50 in the left and 20/40 in the right. Got my glasses today.

Should I expect to be kind of freaked out when I wear them for a while? almost like I'm dizzy. And I can tell that my eyes are working hard.

Yeah that'll happen for a while. It takes a bit to start "tracking" with them on. Do they work well with the coboy hat?

The day I received my glasses I well remember thinking "Wow!! The trees have leaves now!!" Eye glasses have easily been the most useful investments of my life and (beyond fogging and being rather expensive) have never caused me issue. YMMV.

Oh yeah. I'm quickly approaching Full-On Douche-Nozzle status.

I did it mostly because I was squinting looking at the computer and my face was starting to hurt.
