Just met a pelican
Well, not exactly. My office is right on the beach at Pillar Point Harbor near Half Moon Bay. Something caught my eye out my window, so I look up from my desk and there's a pelican, just waddling by. Weird. Too bad I don't have the 911 today, as the pelican is standing right next to where I would have parked it. Would have made a good pic. (Alas, no camera, either.)
