What is interesting to me is that this piece is said to be part of an edition of 6, with another similar edition of 6 that are somewhat different, plus artists proofs. So, even though it is rare and one almost never comes up for sale, it's not the only one.

I think this auction result would be hard to repeat.

It always amazes me that some people have that kind of money to spend. 104.3 million for a piece of "art" is just amazing. How much jack does someone have, just to spend that kind of money on any piece of art. You know they are not putting it in an average 300,000 house.
