I don't know Rem's enough to know the difference between the models. It was chambered for 3" shells. I thought it was a perfect zombie blaster, just didn't have the loot on me at the time i saw it.

Some light reading for ya

It had a nice finish, so it was probably an express. My uncle has had a Rem 870 Express hunting gun for decades and i have shot it many times. I would be fine using that if the zombies came.
I'd saw the barrel down to match the mag tube on my uncle's 870, but beyond that, it's ok. The one i was looking at had either a 7 or 8 shot tube already installed, and i would guess it was at least 25 years old, maybe older- judging by the condition of the wood furntiture. Thanks for the heads up on the differences. If i was buying the shot-spoon for full time LEO or military duty i would surely want most of the features of the police model. I should have never sold my Beretta. :( http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b3...RETTA_1201.jpg Beretta 1201FP semi auto 3" 12ga with Benelli recoil operated action system. |

BTW, if you're looking for someone to build you some extended mags, you might try Jim Anglin at Sailors Custom Guns. Not only does he build fantastic pistols with triggers so sweet you wanna cry, he's quite good at fabbing hi-cap Caspian mags. |
